Scott's Last Expedition - The Story of the Lost Polar PartyCommander Edward Radcliffe Garth Russell "Teddy" Evans, R.N.Second in command on the "Terra Nova" expedition (1910-1913) to the South Pole of Captain Robert Falcon Scott. Scott and four others reached the South Pole, only to discover that Norwegian Roald Amundsen had beat them by over a month; all five men died on the return trip.
